The following terms and conditions apply to all services, programs and tours provided by Hocus Pocus Tours. All scheduled attractions, events or tours are subject to change without notice. In such an event every attempt will be made to substitute an attraction, event, or tour. Hocus Pocus Tours assume no responsibility if a group is late or misses an attraction, event, or tour. Tour guides as well Hocus Pocus Tours are not responsible for injury or damage, directly or indirectly, to persons or property in connection with any transportation, accommodations, tour programs or any other services due to acts of nature, fire, breakdown of machinery, acts of authorities, terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary. In addition, the guides will not be responsible for any acts committed by participants with, or away from the group. Tours operate rain or shine. Hocus Pocus Tours reserves the right to discontinue service at any time for weather or any other reason. All weather operational decisions will be made at the tour departure time by the tour guide. If a tour is cancelled in some cases as determined by  Hocus Pocus Tours groups may receive a refund. The number in a group as well as the tour date is non-negotiable once payment has been received. Availability is based on information available in our reservation system at the time. It is therefore possible that availability may change as our reservation system updates. Reservation availability is also based on a first come first serve basis. Deposits for group services and Hocus Pocus Tour programs are only to hold reservation space. Tour services and/or programs will be provided only when payment in full has cleared. In the event you cancel after payment has been made using our payment partner PayPal before ten business days passes a full refund will be available excluding PayPal processing fees. No refunds will be offered for cancellations after ten business days or if reservation is made within 10 business days of the tour program. The refund policy for group service programs as well as other special terms and conditions will be sent with your groups price quote. No refunds are available for phone reservations, or tickets purchased in person, no matter the notice given. No refunds are available for any tour, program, service, or any other transaction during the month of October no matter the notice given nor the circumstances. By purchasing tickets in person, using our web-site, or phone reservation system you and all members of your group are agreeing to all terms and conditions as stated in entirety, whether they have been read and understood by all, some or none.
